RAYS is celebrating a major milestone at SEMA 2026, and its presence at the show is difficult to miss.
Walking through the exhibition halls, I came across the familiar RAYS name above a display of performance wheels and cars.
But the biggest story behind the brand's appearance in Las Vegas this year isn't just another new wheel.
It's the 30th anniversary of the VOLK RACING TE37.
Thirty Years of an Icon
First introduced in Japan in 1996, the TE37 has become one of the most recognizable wheel designs in the automotive performance world.
Its distinctive six-spoke design has remained remarkably familiar through three decades of changing automotive trends.
For 2026, RAYS is celebrating that legacy with the TE37 30th Anniversary Series, a collection honoring the design's history while continuing its development.
The anniversary represents more than a styling milestone. RAYS has built its reputation around lightweight forged wheels, motorsport engineering and performance-oriented design.
RAYS Makes a Bigger Statement at SEMA
According to the company's official SEMA 2026 announcement, this year also marks its first-ever official RAYS brand display at the show.
The main activation is located in Silver Lot 3, in front of South Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
RAYS is showcasing the VOLK RACING lineup alongside other products, exclusive merchandise and a dedicated RAYS Driving Experience.
The driving program is designed to demonstrate the performance of vehicles equipped with RAYS wheels.
Our photograph captures part of the brand's presence inside the exhibition halls. The separate Silver Lot attraction is another part of the company's larger SEMA 2026 program.
Why the TE37 Still Matters
What makes the TE37 interesting isn't simply that it has been around for thirty years.
It's that its basic design remains recognizable in a market that constantly introduces new styles.
At SEMA, where almost every direction you look reveals another modified vehicle, that kind of longevity stands out.
Thirty years after its introduction, the TE37 remains an important part of the RAYS story.
And SEMA 2026 is a fitting place to celebrate it.
